Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping on all products available through our online platform. If a shipment to a specific destination is not possible, customers are advised to contact us at alberto@maincourse.mg for further assistance.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method. These costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is fully responsible for all customs-related costs and import duties.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (local warehouse time) are generally processed and dispatched on the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next business day. If an item has a different shipping time frame, it will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.
4. Delivery Time Frames
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping destination, selected carrier, and local customs procedures. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within the European Union: 2 to 7 business days
- Outside the European Union: 1 to 2 weeks (subject to possible delays due to customs clearance)
- United States of America: approximately 1 to 2 weeks (potential delays may occur due to customs procedures)
These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Carriers
We collaborate with reputable international shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other regional partners. The selection of the carrier is determined based on the shipping destination, service availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.
6. Express Shipping Options
Where available, express shipping options may be offered at checkout. Estimated delivery time frames for express shipments are:
- Europe: 2 to 4 business days
- Worldwide: 3 to 6 business days
Please note that express delivery times are subject to carrier performance and customs clearance procedures.
7. Tracking and Notifications
All shipments include a track and trace service. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Shipment progress can be monitored through the carrier’s tracking system.
8. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to consult their local customs authorities for additional information on applicable charges.
9. Flexible Delivery Options
Depending on the carrier and the destination, customers may have access to flexible delivery options such as rescheduling deliveries, redirecting to alternate addresses, authorizing delivery without signature, or collection from designated service points. The availability of these options is determined by the carrier.
10. Liability and Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or carrier operational issues. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference purposes only and are not legally binding delivery commitments.
